HomeAgain operates on the Housing First principle, meaning we work to secure housing for those who need it. Through federal, state, and local funding, HomeAgain is designed to position clients for long-term housing success. Housing counseling and short-term financial assistance are offered to single adults and families with children who are truly in a housing crisis.
Research indicates that the longer a household remains homeless, the harder it is to get them back into stable housing. This service is not meant to be a long-term solution. Instead, it is designed to end homelessness and return those in a temporary housing crisis to stability as quickly as possible.
