HomeAgain’s mission is to assist families and individuals experiencing homelessness secure and maintain a home, again. Since 1980, HomeAgain services have expanded to effectively address the needs of individuals, families, seniors and veterans experiencing homelessness throughout the Greater Richmond region. We offer a variety of programs to ensure each family’s unique needs are matched with the best housing solution. These programs include emergency shelters, bridge housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing. HomeAgain’s three full-time shelters provide temporary housing and case management to families and individuals in a housing crisis.
- The Espigh Family Shelter provides temporary housing for up to 35 women and families of any composition.
- The Men’s Emergency Shelter houses an additional 20 adult men, and has 8 beds dedicated to serving US Military Veterans
HomeAgain services provide more than just a warm bed. Our comprehensive care includes individualized case management services, supplying healthy meals, free on-site laundry facilities, secured entrances, play and learning areas for children, and workforce development resources. Through our holistic approach to homeless services, HomeAgain assists individuals and families successfully rebuild their lives and achieve stable housing.
